Who we are
FG Paysagiste offers paving stone, landscaping, lawn care and snow removal services in Greater Montréal, the North Shore and the South Shore. This policy covers its website.
Information collected
Only what you type in the quote form: your name, your phone number, your city or area, the details of your project and, if you choose to send by email, your email address. The site asks for nothing else.
Use
This information is only used to prepare your quote and to contact you about it. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.
How your request reaches us
With WhatsApp or text message, the form prepares a message in your phone's app: nothing is sent until you press Send, and the message goes through WhatsApp (Meta) or your phone carrier. When sending by email is offered, your request goes through our email delivery provider to the company's inbox.
Retention
We keep your messages as long as needed to reply and do the work, then delete them.
Service providers
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which also protects sending by email from bots (Turnstile). Depending on how you send your request, it goes through WhatsApp (Meta), your phone carrier or Resend (email).

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Two technical cookies only remember your language and theme (light or dark). Visit statistics are anonymous and use no cookies.
